Your allocated parking spot is at the rear of the property with access from Wendover Rise - There is a Number '2' on the wall to depict your space.

You can also access the property from the rear, the back gate also has a number '2' on it.

(Front door and back door key will be provided in the lockbox at the front of the property when you initially arrive).

There is also ample parking on the street in front of the property with no restrictions.

Iron and hairdryer are located in the main bedroom as well as the ironing board. Clothes horse / airer is under the sink in the kitchen

High chair, vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket is located under the stairs

Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall at the back door in the kitchen.

​

First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen

Check out time is 10am.

​

Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
