Heating

The hive heating thermostat is located on the wall in the hall, outside the main bedroom. Use the touchscreen to set the temperature you would like and the heating will come on to your desired temperature.

*During colder months the heating is automatically scheduled to be on in the morning and evening at a minimum of 20 degrees

Refuse / Waste / Rubbish

In case you need to empty your bins or get rid of any rubbish during your stay, wheelie bins are located behind the white wall in the garden, use the gate to access the rear passageway.

Green is for General Waste

Blue is for Paper & Card

Black is for Glass, Cans & Plastic

Washing Machine

The Washing Machine is located in the kitchen and is pretty simple to use, the manual should be located just on top of it for your reference

Washer Dryer Manual

Parking & Access

Your allocated parking spot is at the front of the property on the right as you drive up, it has been clearly signposted, please keep the other spot clear at all times.

Supplementary items

Iron is located in the second bedroom in the washer/dryer cupboard as well as the ironing board which is located behind the bedroom door. Clothes horse / airer is also located in the cupboard along with the hoover.

The microwave is housed in the cupboard next to the oven on the island.

High chair is located in the kitchen island cupboard.

Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall at the entrance to the kitchen.

First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen

Check out

Check out time is 10am.

Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
