Parking is completely free all around  the property but please be aware the street directly opposite - College Street - has restrictions in place for permit holders only and fines are given out to non-permit holders.

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse, high chair and other similar items are located in the cupboard at the rear of the property.

Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall in the hall near the main entrance.

First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen.

Check out time is 10am.

Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
