Heating
The hive heating thermostat is located on the wall in the main living area, just twist the dial to the number you would like and it will set the apartment to your desired temperature.
*During colder months the heating is scheduled to be on in the morning and evening at a minimum of 20 degrees
Refuse / Waste / Rubbish
In case you need to empty your bins or get rid of any rubbish during your stay, wheelie bins are located in the rear garden.
Green is for General Waste
Blue is for Paper & Card
Black is for Glass, Cans & Plastic
Washer Dryer
The Washer Dryer is located in the kitchen and is pretty simple to use, if you require instructions please click the link below for the instruction manual.
Parking
Parking is completely free all around the property but please be aware the street directly opposite - College Street - has restrictions in place for permit holders only and fines are given out to non-permit holders.
Supplementary items
Iron, ironing board, clothes horse, high chair and other similar items are located in the cupboard at the rear of the property.
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall in the hall near the main entrance.
First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen.
Check out
Check out time is 10am.
Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
