Heating

The hive heating thermostat is located on the wall as you enter the property, just twist the dial to the number you would like and it will set the apartment to your desired temperature.

*During colder months the heating is scheduled to be on in the morning and evening at a minimum of 20 degrees

Refuse / Waste / Rubbish

In case you need to empty your bins or get rid of any rubbish during your stay, there are large Biffa style bins located behind a gated area in the car park opposite your parking spot.

Washer Dryer

The Washer Dryer is located in the kitchen and is pretty simple to use, if you require instructions please click the link below for the instruction manual (skip to page 16 for the 'Quick User Guide').

Parking

Allocated private parking is provided at the rear of the apartment building.

Your parking spot is marked number 98

Supplementary items

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse, high chair and other similar items are located in the cupboard in the entrance hall

Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall in the hall near the main entrance.

First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen.

Feature items

Feature Chandelier - The large fibre optic chandelier in the living area takes around 5 minutes to warm up, but when it does it looks great - it makes a humming noise when you turn it on (this is normal!)

Check out time is 10am.

Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
