Refuse / Waste / Rubbish
In case you need to empty your bins or get rid of any rubbish during your stay, the wheelie bin is located at the gated entrance to the property clearly marked.
Recycling bins are located directly opposite main entrance gate
Parking
There is a main public car park with CCTV directly opposite the property and charges apply.
There is also parking all around the property with 1 hour parking restrictions that apply from 7am to 6pm - After 6pm the restrictions cease.
Supplementary items
Iron, Ironing board and hairdryer are located in the bedroom
High chair is available upon request
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall at the entrance to the kitchen
First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen
Check out
Check out time is 10am.
Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
