Heating
The hive heating thermostat is located on the wall in the kitchen, just use the touch screen to set the house to your desired temperature.
*During colder months the heating is scheduled to be on in the morning and evening at a minimum of 20 degrees
Refuse / Waste / Rubbish
In case you need to empty your bins or get rid of any rubbish during your stay, wheelie bins are located in the front garden of the property.
Green is for General Waste
Blue is for Paper & Card
Black is for Glass, Cans & Plastic
Washer and Dryer
The Washer and the dryer are located in the wash room which is accessed from the garden, just outside the back door.
Parking
Parking is free in front of the house and all of Wollaston Road plus surrounding streets with no restrictions.
Supplementary items
The Hair dryer is located in the main bedroom chest of drawers. The ironing board is located behind the door in the main bedroom. The iron is located in the kitchen cupboard in the island. The clothes horse is in the kitchen island cupboard.
High chair is in the cupboard under the boiler.
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted on the wall in the kitchen
First Aid kit is located under the sink in the kitchen
Check out
Check out time is 10am.
Please leave the key back in the lockbox when you leave and ensure you have taken all belongings.
